What are the basic rules?
The rules are easy to learn. Your goal in every round is to guess who’ll win: banker, gambler or it’ll end up as tie. The winner is determined by the best card combination. The more the total amount of points is close to 9, the better are the chances to win.
Each card has a certain value. Ace is equal to 1. Pictures have zero value and numbers deliver points according to the digit on the card. If the total sum is bigger than 9, only the second digit is counted. When banker or player gets 8/9 points with only 2 first cards, it’s called natural win. Both sides can receive from 2 to 3 cards depending on current hand value.
All three types of bets in baccarat online game have different payouts:
- player bet pays even money;
- banker wager prize ratio is 1 to1, but there is 5% commission;
- tie pays 8 to 1.
The house edge is also different for all these bets. For tie it’s 14.36%, while for player and banker wagers it’s 1.24% and 1.06%. As for winning probability, it’s 9.6% for tie, 45.8% for banker and 44.6 for player.
